Constantine Logothetis

Constantine Logothetis is the Chairman of Alithea Capital, an Abu Dhabi-based private family office. Prior to founding Alithea, Constantine was the Founding Executive Vice Chairman of the Libra Group for close to 20 years, a global business group with 30 operating subsidiaries active in 35 countries across six continents.

The group which is privately held by the Logothetis family is a highly diversified global conglomerate predominantly focused on shipping, aviation, real estate, hospitality and renewable energy. Constantine serves as a board member of the Libra Group, a Trustee of The Hellenic Initiative, on The Leadership Council of Concordia and on the UK Advisory Board of Penn Medicine amongst other philanthropic endeavours.

Hamda Eid AlMheiri

Hamda is a prominent Emirati business executive who currently serves as Executive Director, Government and Sovereign Relations at ADQ, where she oversees engagement with senior government stakeholders and shapes the strategic frameworks that guide the firm's interactions across the public sector. In a prior role at ADQ, she led the Corporate Planning and Performance Department, which forms part of the Strategy function. Hamda also serves as Vice Chairwoman of SHUAA Capital PSC, having joined the board in December 2023 and assumed the Vice Chair position in June 2025. Her additional board appointments include Presight AI, the big data analytics company, Arcera, the life sciences holding company, and Etihad Airways.

Earlier in her career, Hamda served the Abu Dhabi Executive Office as a Project Manager responsible for financial policy and efficiency, and the General Secretariat of the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi as a Financial Policy and Efficiency Specialist. Prior to her public sector roles, she was Manager, Commercial Analysis for Strategy and Planning at Etihad Airways. Hamda holds a Corporate Director Certificate from Harvard Business School and has completed a Leadership Seminar at Georgetown University. Her areas of expertise span government affairs and stakeholder management, financial policy and efficiency, strategic planning, and corporate governance.

Kareen Boutonnat

Kareen is a globally recognised energy executive with more than three decades of leadership experience spanning technology, renewables and international business development. Until recently, she served as CEO, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific at Lightsource bp, the global solar developer she joined in 2012 and helped transform from a regional player into one of the world's leading utility-scale solar and battery storage businesses. Following bp's full acquisition of the company in October 2024, she stepped back from her executive role and now contributes as a board member, angel investor, and advisor across the renewables ecosystem.

Over her tenure at Lightsource bp, Kareen held a succession of senior positions, including Managing Director and Group Chief Operating Officer, and was instrumental in the firm's expansion across more than nineteen international markets, sitting on the firm's board and investment committee. Her broader board experience includes appointments at EverSource Capital and Ayana Renewable Power. Earlier in her career, Kareen served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Solarcentury, where she led the company's expansion into international markets, having spent the preceding eight years in Silicon Valley with two high-growth technology ventures, contributing to a successful IPO and a trade sale respectively. A long-standing advocate for diversity and inclusion across the energy sector, she actively mentors women in the industry. Kareen holds a double Master's in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from ISEP (Institut Supérieur d'Electronique de Paris) and a Master's in Engineering Management from Stanford University.

Pasu Liptapanlop

Pasu Liptapanlop serves as the Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee at Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited (PROUD), one of Thailand's fastest-growing property developers. PROUD specializes in residential projects like Thailand's first InterContinental Residence and diversifies into hospitality and recreation, with key projects such as the LEED Gold-certified InterContinental Phuket Resort and Asia's largest waterpark, Andamanda in Phuket. He is also a co-founder of Robowealth Securities, a fintech backed by Kasikornbank, responsible for Thailand's first Robo-Advisors app "odini." The company manages over $300 million in assets and develops B2B platforms.

Pasu is a board member of Elite Securities, a financial derivatives brokerage, and advises Taurus Ventures, an early-stage VC fund. Previously an investment banker based in Singapore and Hong Kong, Pasu holds an MSc in Real Estate and Finance from CASS Business School, UK. He is a visiting lecturer at Chulalongkorn University and a RoLD fellow at the Thailand Institute of Justice, focusing on sustainable waste management to combat climate change. In his leisure time, he enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, skiing, and wake surfing.

Vlasios Souflis

Vlasios brings a distinguished track record in international business development, operational leadership and renewable energy investment to the Advisory Board. He serves as Chief Operating Officer for Europe, Middle East and Africa at Lightsource bp, the global solar developer he joined in 2012, where he leads the region's multi-functional team and is responsible for delivering the EMEA hub's objectives in line with the wider group plan.

Over more than a decade with the firm he has held a succession of senior roles, including Director of International Business Development — in which capacity he led the company's expansion into seventeen countries across three continents — and, in 2023, interim Chief Procurement Officer, where he reshaped the function and structured long-term partnerships across Lightsource bp's global operations. Earlier in his career he worked in fund management and financial advisory for renewable energy projects in OECD markets and in carbon fund management in non-OECD markets. He holds an MBA jointly awarded by London Business School and SDA Bocconi, and a BSc in Physics from the University of Patras.

Spyros Spyropoulos

Spyros is a Senior Advisor at Oaktree Capital Management, specializing in investments within Southeast Europe. He has led private equity and debt investments across various industries and geographies, including healthcare, hospitality, real estate, shipping, aviation services, and aircraft leasing. In his 20+ years career, he has closed transactions valued at over €20 billion. Prior to Oaktree, Spyros was a member of the management committee at BNP Paribas Greece, where he was responsible for managing corporate relationships and transactions and a credit portfolio exceeding €1 billion. His professional journey also includes notable positions in investment banking at Goldman Sachs, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Bear Stearns.

He holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Economics from Columbia Business School, a Master's in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and a Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, all attained with distinction. His current and past board and executive committee affiliations include Iaso Group, Sani/Ikos Group, where he was also a co-founding investor of Ikos Resorts, Elix Aviation Capital, and Tactical Air Support.
