Harris founded Gravity with the vision of building a modern, independent advisory firm able to deliver truly unbiased solutions and operate beyond the boundaries of any one institution. He guides the firm's strategic direction and plays a central role in shaping its growth, positioning and culture, while maintaining an unwavering emphasis on client service.

He brings over two decades of experience in private wealth management. Prior to founding Gravity, he served as Managing Director at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, where he played an integral role in the growth of the London office and led the bank's expansion across Southeast Europe.

Efry Spitzer

Efry co-founded Gravity and plays a central role in shaping the firm's direction, strategic priorities and operating model. For more than a decade, he has built trusted relationships with a diverse, multi-generational wealth clientele across EMEA, with particular experience advising founders, entrepreneurs and families connected to the Israeli and UK markets.

He brings a strong founder and growth-company perspective to Gravity's advisory work, supporting clients through capital formation, growth, liquidity events and long-term wealth structuring. He holds a BSc in Banking and International Finance from City University, London, and previously served as an Executive Director at Bank J. Safra Sarasin in London.

Christina Giannakaki

Christina Giannakaki

Christina has spent fourteen years across financial services, building institutional and family office relationships across Europe and the United States. She joined Gravity from Aksia, where she advised on private equity allocations and worked with global institutional investors and General Partners, having begun her career at Acuris within the M&A and infrastructure sectors.

She leads Gravity's commercial strategy and the long-term development of the relationships that support the firm's institutional positioning. She holds a BSc from Cardiff University and an MSc in Strategic Project Management from University College London.

Mariliza Kyparissi

Mariliza Kyparissi

Mariliza has practised across private equity, M&A, banking and capital markets for over a decade, advising domestic and international clients including listed companies, brokerages, investment firms, commercial banks, funds and fintech enterprises. Her experience spans international law firms, Of Counsel roles and in-house General Counsel positions.

She advises across Gravity's legal, regulatory and multi-jurisdictional activity, helping ensure that the firm's structures, agreements and operating arrangements are built with legal discipline. She holds an LL.B from the University of Athens, an LL.M from Queen Mary, University of London, and an MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business.

Michalis Malafekas, CFA

Michalis Malafekas

Michalis has spent over a decade in private wealth and institutional asset management, with experience spanning discretionary portfolio management, asset allocation and both fundamental and quantitative investment disciplines. Before joining Gravity, he was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs in London, managing discretionary portfolios for EMEA Private Wealth clients. He previously held portfolio management roles at Neuberger Berman and Insight Investment.

He leads Gravity's investment strategy and portfolio construction framework, ensuring that allocation decisions are grounded in rigour and aligned with each client's objectives. He is a CFA charterholder and holds a Diploma in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and an MSc in Investment Management from Bayes Business School.

Dr Ermina Topintzi

Dr Ermina Topintzi

Ermina brings twenty-five years of experience across private banking, real estate asset management and venture capital, with senior roles spanning operations, client relationships, quantitative analysis and regional strategy. Before joining Gravity, she oversaw the operational functions at Earth First Food Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on food technology, and previously held senior positions at Decisive, a next-generation UHNW advisory firm, and at Deutsche Bank in London and Athens, where she served as Head of Quantitative Analysis and Eastern European Strategy for the bank's real estate asset management arm.

She leads Gravity's operational architecture, applying analytical discipline, governance and execution control to the infrastructure that supports the firm's advisory work. She holds a PhD in Mathematical Modelling from City University London and a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Athens.

Anna Elfassy

Anna brings experience across financial services, client relationship management and operational support. Prior to joining Gravity, she held roles at Deloitte and SMBC in New York, where she supported client service, regulatory processes and operational functions within the financial services sector. Her background spans accounting, banking and client support, developed through experience across both professional services and international financial institutions.

At Gravity, Anna supports the firm's wealth management team across client onboarding, relationship management and day-to-day service operations. She works closely with clients and colleagues to help deliver a seamless client experience through efficient coordination, attention to detail and responsive service. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Yeshiva University and a Master's degree in Digital Marketing from the Katz School of Science and Health at Yeshiva University.

Froso Georgoulea

Froso Georgoulea

Froso brings extensive private banking and client relationship experience, including more than fifteen years in the private banking division of Eurobank Ergasias. Her background spans client servicing, investment advisory support and the day-to-day needs of high-net-worth families, with particular focus on continuity, responsiveness and capital preservation.

She supports Gravity's wealth management partners across the ongoing administration and service of client relationships. She holds an MA in Education from the University of London and is certified to Type B investment advice standard by the Bank of Greece.

Itay Halperin

Itay Halperin

Itay's twenty years in private banking include a substantial tenure at Credit Suisse in London as Senior Investment Manager covering Israel and Emerging Europe, alongside earlier roles at Compagnie Bancaire Helvétique and Citibank.

He advises ultra-high-net-worth clients with intricate cross-border portfolios, drawing on a deep network within the Israeli financial community. He holds an LL.B and BA in Economics from Tel Aviv University, is a Chartered CISI member and a licensed Israeli Securities Authority advisor.

Nathalie Kedem

Nathalie's career encompasses senior wealth management roles at Bank Leumi in Tel Aviv and London and at Fisher Investments Europe. Across these institutions, she advised private and institutional clients across investment solutions, custody, cash management and cross-border banking.

She works closely with clients whose capital spans Israeli and European markets, helping translate complex international wealth into clear advisory, banking and investment arrangements. She holds a BSc in Business Studies and Finance from City University, London, and is qualified to IMC, IAD and PCIAM standards.

Nicholas Koutsoukos

Nicholas brings more than two decades of experience in wealth and investment management. Prior to joining Gravity, he served as Senior Executive Officer of Mirabaud in Abu Dhabi and previously as Managing Director at EFG International in Dubai. Earlier in his career, he worked within Dubai World's private equity and alternative investments arm.

He leads Gravity's Abu Dhabi office, advising private investors on strategy, portfolio construction and the cross-border frameworks within which their capital operates. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from the American University of Paris.

Aleksandra Lebedieva

Aleksandra Lebedieva

Aleksandra brings over seven years of international experience across M&A, venture capital and private markets, with sector exposure across mobility, new energy and disruptive technology. Before joining Gravity, she was Associate Partner at DIS Capital and previously held roles at Drake Star Partners and IEG Investment Banking, supporting M&A transactions, private market placements and sector research.

Based in London, she covers the Eastern European market for Gravity and brings fluency in English, Russian and Ukrainian. She holds a BSc in Economics from Durham University and an MSc in Economics and Management from the London School of Economics.

Filippos Linardos

Filippos brings more than twelve years of experience across entrepreneurship, venture capital and technology-driven businesses. His career has spanned company building, commercial leadership and capital formation, including the founding and scaling of businesses across Europe, the United Kingdom and the Middle East. Most recently, he served as General Manager of a health technology company, leading market expansion initiatives across the United States and Europe. Earlier, as Founder and Chief Executive of ShelfNow, he led the business through multiple stages of growth, international expansion, successive fundraising rounds and a strategic exit. His experience encompasses business development, strategic partnerships, M&A and the commercial challenges faced by founders and growth-stage enterprises.

At Gravity, Filippos focuses on building relationships with entrepreneurs, founders and business-owning families whose wealth is often closely connected to private businesses and long-term value creation. Drawing on his first-hand operating experience, he engages with founders on the strategic and commercial realities of building and scaling businesses, bringing a practical perspective that complements the firm's broader advisory approach.

Raphael Nejman

Raphael's twenty years across venture capital, private investments and financial services include more than a decade as Partner at Terra Venture Partners, the Israeli impact fund, where he led early-stage investments, served on portfolio company boards and supported fundraising for successive funds. Earlier roles included Managing Partner at Cukierman & Co. Investment House and associate lawyer at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co., one of Israel's leading law firms.

He leads relationships with clients whose portfolios extend meaningfully into private markets, integrating those investments within the broader allocation framework that defines each client's position. He holds an LLB from the Academic Center for Law and Science and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University, and is a member of the Israel Bar Association.

Dionysis Papaspyropoulos

Dionysis Papaspyropoulos

Dionysis brings experience across client onboarding, regulatory compliance and banking operations, including prior roles in fintech and at National Australia Bank. His background combines client account support, operational processes and compliance-focused administration.

He works alongside Gravity's wealth management partners across the onboarding and day-to-day service of client relationships, helping maintain an efficient and controlled client experience. He holds a BSc in Biomedicine from the University of Melbourne and an MSc in Professional Accounting from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.

Emilios Tannousis

Emilios's twenty years in private banking and wealth advisory span the Eastern Mediterranean and the broader EMEA region. He joined Gravity from Bank of Cyprus, where he led the Wealth Management Units serving private family offices and institutional clients across AIF and UCITS funds, the pension and insurance industries and investment companies.

He leads relationships with clients whose capital spans Cyprus, Greece and the wider region, providing the continuity and discretion that long-term advisory demands. He holds a BSc in Economics and Finance from the University of Indianapolis and an MSc in Economic Development and International Finance from the University of Reading, and is a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant.

Meir Dalfen

Meir brings a combination of cross-border tax advisory, asset allocation and investment analysis experience. Prior to joining Gravity, he worked at Deloitte, advising US and Israeli venture capital and private equity firms on cross-border tax, compliance and financial reporting, and at Cohesive Blue Multi-Family Office, where he supported asset allocation, performance monitoring and client communications.

He supports Gravity's investment analysis across public and private markets, bringing structural awareness to portfolio review, investment planning and due diligence. He holds a BBA in Finance from Reichman University.

Lefteris Kouppas, CFA

Lefteris Kouppas

Lefteris's experience spans fixed income, equities and private markets, including roles as Assistant Portfolio Manager at Nomuscapital and analyst positions at Albourne Partners.

He contributes to the firm's research and portfolio construction work across asset classes. He is a CFA charterholder and holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from the University of Edinburgh.

Kostas's six years across financial services include positions as Senior Risk Consultant at EY Greece and Senior ETF Analyst at ETFGI in London, giving him a breadth of perspective across institutional risk, regulation and product analysis.

He supports the firm's investment process across research, due diligence and portfolio analytics. He is a CFA charterholder and holds an MSc in Investment Management from Bayes Business School.

Vasileios Papanikolaou

Vasileios has spent more than a decade in London-based multi-asset investment roles. As Portfolio Manager within Santander Asset Management's Global Multi Asset Solutions team, he managed cross-asset portfolios and solutions totalling approximately £4.2 billion, with responsibility across tactical asset allocation, portfolio implementation, manager selection, derivative overlays and risk management.

He brings institutional multi-asset discipline to Gravity's investment process, contributing to asset allocation, portfolio construction, manager oversight and investment communication. He previously held investment roles at BNY Mellon Investor Solutions and BNY Mellon Investment Management, and is a CFA charterholder with an MSc in Finance from EDHEC Business School.

Nervin brings eight years of experience across UK legal and financial services, with a background in corporate governance, executive coordination and senior stakeholder support. Her experience includes work with a leading law firm and close collaboration with a major bank.

She supports Gravity's founders across executive administration, leadership coordination and the operating cadence of the firm, helping ensure that priorities, decisions and internal workflows are managed with discipline and continuity.

Varvara brings over seven years of experience across financial services, private markets and investment operations. Prior to joining Gravity, she worked at Aksia, where she supported the management and operational oversight of private markets portfolios, gaining extensive experience across investment operations and stakeholder coordination. Earlier in her career, she worked at Grant Thornton Greece, contributing to advisory engagements within the banking sector.

At Gravity, Varvara supports the firm's operational, governance and strategic initiatives, working across teams to strengthen the processes, infrastructure and systems that underpin the firm's activities and continued growth. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Financial Management from the University of Piraeus.

Petros has practical experience across technology support, user administration and Microsoft security infrastructure. At Vodafone Innovus, he supported hardware, software and network issues, assisted with user accounts, conditional access, MFA and group policies, and gained hands-on experience across Microsoft Entra, Intune, Defender, LDAP and cybersecurity practices.

He supports Gravity's technology environment, helping maintain the systems, access controls and user infrastructure that underpin the firm's day-to-day operations. He is currently studying Informatics at the Hellenic Open University and brings a broad technical background across software tools, digital production and problem-solving.

Vasiliki brings more than twenty years of experience across finance, audit and business management, including fourteen years at Deutsche Bank Athens as Finance and Business Manager and earlier experience within Deloitte's audit and assurance practice. Her background spans financial reporting, budgeting, accounting, payroll, forecasting and stakeholder reporting.

She leads Gravity's financial management, supporting the firm's reporting, planning and finance operations as the business continues to scale. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Piraeus and an MBA in Shipping from ALBA.
